August? What happened to the summer? It is just flying by quickly. Have you had time to relax, renew and rejoice these past few weeks? If not, there are only a few weeks left until the fall schedule begins and we are all back to a steady routine.
When my children were young, how I loved the end of the school year when we could kick our shoes off and not be on such a busy routine. Yet I also remember those years when as a Mom was eager for school to begin. How I became tired of hearing “I’m bored” or “I have nothing to do”. Sometimes as adults we wonder, whatever became of those “bored” days?
Last, don’t miss some of those lazy summer days yet to come! Take the time to RELAX with family and friends, RENEW with Our Lord and surely REJOICE surrounded by your many blessings.
